Marketer. Operator. American in Seville.
Twenty years of making marketing work
I'm a fractional marketing and go-to-market lead. I spent four years at Google, where I helped create Local Guides and ran its brand, then built my own consultancy, which has grown to seven figures without a dollar of paid ads. These days I lead marketing and go-to-market for startups and growing brands, B2B and consumer, that need a senior lead before they can hire one full time. Software companies, AI startups, jewelry houses, dental groups, education platforms. The job is the same: find what's holding growth back and fix that first.
I'm good at the stretch between the plan and the result. Positioning a buyer can repeat. Named-account programs sized to the real market. Lifecycle and retention programs, built hands-on in Braze and Iterable, that pay back the cost of acquisition. Brand and community that people join on their own. I also run budgets like they're mine, because for a long time they were.
Fractional first. I take on a few companies at a time, usually for three months to start, and I'm open to the right full-time leadership role. If that sounds like what you need, write to me.
I didn't pick Seville off a map. I married a Sevillano, and when he got a tenure-track job offer in his hometown, I was already working remotely. So I said, ¿por qué no? Now it's home.
I also write Last Click, a daily AI newsletter for marketers, currently in private beta.
